AMIRI offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, covering any previous tracking information.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
